The information you choose to send is used to contact you about the service request and confirm scope and next steps.
How the request form works
The website creates a summary from the information you enter and opens WhatsApp so you can send it. Under the current workflow, the request form is not stored in a website database on the site server.
When you continue to WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to relevant WhatsApp and Meta policies.
Future development
If a database, analytics platform or other third-party service is introduced later, this policy should be updated before activation to explain storage, retention and relevant service providers.
Photography and portfolio
Property images should not be published in the public portfolio without appropriate permission, and sensitive access information or guest data should never be shown.
